About the event
Join us this Sunday April 27th to wrap up (re)duce, (re)use, c(re)ate! Make some stamps & make your mark!
Throughout (re)duce, (re)use, c(re)ate, workshop participants were given axolotl patches as a thank you for attending! It’s time to spread some printmaking joy and learn how to make stamps with everyday objects. Participants will be able to use erasers or linoleum scraps to make their stamps. (The linoleum scraps come from patch production during the project!) We will be doing a simple design or create a six sided design together. At the end of the workshop, we will be stamping our designs on a paper mural to commemorate our time together!
The workshop will be led by mielmelt! They are a collagist and illustrator who loves using pocket junk and paper! Miel plays with texture and layering in their work in their sketchbook often.
