About the event
Join us Thursday April 17 for Adventures in Bookbinding at Aunt Hazels Whichcraft? Project !! We will be making artist book journals out of reclaimed materials. Not only will this process demonstrate foundational bookbinding techniques, participants will walk away with a skill that would allow them to potentially never buy an unethically produced journal from a department store again! We are going to accentuate the treasure in our trash!
This workshop will gain and enhance your knowledge of how to take ordinary scraps you have around your house and turn them into something functional and inspiring. Led by artist/alchemist Amanda McCormick who has been a bookbinder for more than 20 years !!
